You’d need a good competitive product, one that gives you the best chance of closing against competitors. Then you want realistic targets- no one wants to waste time chasing an unrealistic OTE.

What’s the package?
£50,000 per annum basic
Uncapped commission with realistic £100k OTE
5% contributory pension

What’s the job?
As a senior sales executive you’ll be cultivating prospects and increasing revenue across the business. Typical sales cycle is between 6 and 18 months depending upon complexity, experience of this length of cycle is desirable.
You’ll be given qualified leads from SDRs, the marketing team and your head of sales so there’s lots of opportunities to build your pipeline. There is an expectation you’ll do some outbound as well, but there are definitely plenty of good leads ready to be picked up.
This is a tough industry with lots of competitors. Anyone with a sales background in software, e commerce, fulfilment or logistics would be of interest, particularly those who can show evidence of hitting revenue targets.
You spend three days a week on the Northampton based site initially, dropping to 2 once you’re up to speed. There isn’t any travel expectations, clients will come to you to be shown around the site.
The partner has sites in the USA and Europe as well and has plans to expand further. There may occasional times where your clients will be in a different time zone. Have you sold globally before?
