You will join a team of four developing People analytics and reporting within HR. You'll also be part of a federated analyst community, with potential for growth using Databricks to build your career at easyJet.

Key Requirements

As a Reporting & Insights Analyst, your job accountabilities will involve developing reports, dashboards, and insights using tools such as Tableau and Excel. You will be responsible for advocating a self-service first approach to reporting and delivering regular People reporting commitments such as monthly leadership dashboards, legal and regulatory requirements. In addition, you will support projects and initiatives in the People Function with insights to aid in project delivery. Your role also involves identifying and interpreting trends or patterns to improve data accuracy and ensuring that these improvements are reflected in reporting. You will be expected to work as part of a team in delivering ad-hoc requests in accordance with the SLA.

What you’ll need to do the role

The People Reporting & MI Analyst role requires a range of essential and desirable skills. The essential skills include significant experience in reporting and developing dashboards using visualisation tools, the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate insights through data, strong analytical skills with attention to detail, and experience in analysing data from multiple sources, systems and processes. The desirable skills include experience in People Analytics, Tableau, Workday, Agile, SQL/Databricks, and data management. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proficiency in these skills to excel in the role and support the People Function in driving performance and continuous improvement.

As a People Reporting & MI Analyst, you will be required to possess certain personal attributes in addition to technical skills. You must have the ability to communicate complex data details into business language and display excellent stakeholder management skills. A decisive and analytical approach, with close attention to detail, will be necessary to perform effectively in this role. Strong time management and prioritisation skills are essential to manage multiple tasks and priorities and deliver against tight deadlines under pressure. You must possess good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, with good organisational skills.

Location & Hours of Work

This is a full-time hybrid role with 2 days in the office weekly based in Luton.
