The main focus of the role will be to deliver and replenish stock at a number of customer depots. You will be required to work with and build relationships with some of the industry’s most vital customers, as well as working alongside Hayley Group’s wider branch network.
This position is part of our Rail team in North London and the surrounding area.
Main responsibilities may include:
Ensuring the agreed quantities are maintained by ordering through scanners and discussing with the Office.
Collecting goods and delivering to site.
Restocking and maintaining inventory for onsite vending machines.
Re-ordering stock through Hayley Group’s bespoke IT system.
Ensuring that required paperwork (proof of deliveries) has been completed accurately.
Identify and resolve customer concerns.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
