At the Sheldon's Family Bakery, we produce some of the most iconic bread products in the UK. Part of what makes this family bakery unique is it's people. Through continued expansion and investment, we are increasing our Office Administration Team at our Head Office.
We are looking for a dedicated and committed Office Administrator to join our team at our Head Office located at our Manchester Bakery. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be working as part of the Office Administration Team.
What are are looking for?
The role of Office Administrator plays an important part in the day-to-day running of our business.
- Competent in the use of computers. All of our computers are Windows based.
- Competent in the Microsoft Office Package.
- Competent in SAGE ( Training can be provided)
- Experience in Order Processing
- Excellent levels of English - written, verbal and reading.
- Someone who is a team player who can fit in with, and work alongside, our existing team.
What's in the job?
The Office is the heart of the business, the point of contact for customers and our various department managers. As part of the wider office team, you will be responsible for:
- General Office Duties (photocopying, stationary ordering, etc.)
- Managing customer accounts, ensuring that all account balances remain up to date and accurate.
- Processing orders through a variety of systems including email and SAGE.
- Liaising with various department managers to ensure that information is distributed between our departments and sites accurately.
- Supporting the various managers throughout he company with administration duties.
- Other general administration tasks that the Office Manager may require
- This role is weekend work. Each shift is 8 hours. Start times may vary in line with the business needs.
