Looking for an opportunity to get into Data Analysis?
We are looking for a Junior Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Data and Insight team within Technology.
You will be part of a team responsible for the creation, maintenance, and distribution of BAU reports and dashboards. You will also assist in various ad-hoc data and reporting projects with analysis and interpretation of data sets from a range of data sources.
The analyst will be responsible for resolving internal and external customers queries and ensuring that reports are accurate, relevant and assist in data-driven decision making.
This is a phenomenal opportunity for somebody with a grounding in data analysis looking to progress their career. The analyst will have a pro-active attitude who is looking to learn and further their knowledge within data analysis.

What you'll be doing:

Manipulate, analyse and interpret commercial data sets to provide insights to business partners

Supervise trends in data and reporting and bring up potential issues to the line manager

Respond to queries and emails in a timely manner

Identify and suggest areas of improvement and automation

Ensure that all relevant data protection, information security and data retention policies are adhered to.

Proactively support to the Head of CDR in all aspects of data and reporting.

Ability to work multi-functionally with other colleagues and partners

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to engage and connect with people at all levels within the business and within external customers

Ability to plan work and meet agreed reporting timelines.

Strong analytical skills
It would be phenomenal if you had:

Experience in BI tools

Experience of working within the public sector and/or NHS
