The Role:
As Finance Administrator you will contribute to the efficient and effective administration of a busy team within Finance Operations, collaborating with the teams that deliver the Finance Operations service for Coventry University Group.
You will be responsible for the transactional side of credit control, processing journals, raising invoices, problem solving and working with multiple systems and databases containing high volumes of information. You will be completing month end tasks in line with internal month end timetable.
You will build and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities for collaborations with the aim to achieve optimal outcomes.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, Finance Administrator with experience working as part of a team in a target driven, customer focused team environment. Excellent communication and numeracy, literacy, and systems skills are key to succeeding in this role.
You will have:
- Demonstrable relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer focus and willingness to provide the best customer service possible.
- Experience of handling sensitive information in compliance with current legislation.
- Experience of working in a higher education environment would be an advantage
