The Role:
The bridge between the front of house and kitchen, you will help to maintain the flow of service

You will support the runners and give them clear instruction on tasks to be completed to maintain the steady flow of service

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm at all times with the ability to cope with any challenges a service may present
