Tasks
YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM
- Transformation
- Working within a product stream, reporting to a Product Manager
- Closely aligned with Engineering, Product Mangers, Delivery BA and QA to create actionable stories
- Own the prioritization and tracking process to make sure the Roadmap is kept on track
- Gives transparency and accountability for the PMs
- Voice of the Customer
- Act as internal advocate of the customer to explain customer view point on issue and work with engineers to solve
- Knowledge and feedback
- Need to act as the in depth knowledge base for the product stream
- Understand exactly how the product works today
- Have a view and inputs into the direction and strategy for the product of tomorrow
- Owns feedback loop and process of the work to be done and need to get done
- Training and documentation
- Responsible to ensure adequate customer documentation
- Internal and external training on product developed
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
Experience working in product
- Been working in a company which is product lead software firm
- Good understanding of product process and end to end product delivery
- Experience with a smaller fast paced technology firm
- Experience of working for SaaS/managed services based products
- Ideally have an understanding of the Fixed Income trading world with an understand of how both market makers and market takers will look to use technology to trade
- Excellent communication skills with ability to inspire others
- Detail orientated and likes to dig really deep into a problem and solve with others from a customer perspective
- Likes to be measured on concrete results
