We are looking for a Administrator to support Salisbury District Hospital SP2 8BJ
The working hours are 37.5 hours per week.
Monday - Friday 9.00-17.30
This is a band 2/ band 3 (depend on experiences), the pay rate is £10.90 - £11.85 an hour.
The role will include the following duties:
- Provide an efficient administration service Wessex Genomics Laboratory Service (Salisbury)
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Respond to and direct telephone and email queries.
- Scan documents, reports and letters to attach to patient records.
- Liaise with referral centres over queries and to clarify details on referrals.
They are looking for someone who:
- Excellent organisation and communication skills are imperative in order to organise and plan own workload.
- The post holder should be articulate, resilient and able to work in a busy office using their own initiative.
- Training and support will be provided.
- Administrative experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and other Microsoft Office packages would be an advantage.
