The Property & ID Team is crucial in maintaining the safety of our business and ensuring the success of our expansion plans. We interact with individuals and companies throughout the industry to provide secure working environments for our employees to excel. Based in Luton, our small, enthusiastic team travels throughout Europe to find, preserve, and provide outstanding workspaces.
The challenges faced by easyJet's property portfolio and the need for expansion to support its personnel, third-party suppliers, and contractors within the office, hangar, and airport setting pose a significant challenge. By providing guidance, executing, maintaining, and developing projects for daily operations and new initiatives, this role will enhance the company's ability to deliver on its vision and drive business performance.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of easyJet's property and facilities. You will be involved in property lease negotiations and renewals, managing third-party supplier contracts, and assisting in the preparation of budgets and reports. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing property policies, creating maintenance programs for the company's UK and European property portfolio, and overseeing property and facilities projects as needed. Communication with UK and European airport authorities, internal departments, and outside parties is an essential aspect of the role.
Requirements of the Role
What you'll bring to the team
As a candidate for this position, you will bring expertise in property lease negotiations and renewals, as well as experience managing third-party supplier contracts. You will also possess the ability to assist in preparing budgets and reports and to develop, implement, and apply property policies. You will have a background in creating property maintenance programs for UK and European property portfolios, as well as a proven track record of successfully executing property and facilities projects. Furthermore, your experience in communicating with UK and European airport authorities, internal departments, and outside parties will be a valuable asset to the team.
