NIGHT CARE ASSISTANT
Location: Whitefriars, Stamford, Lincolnshire
Pay rate: £11.57 * per hour, plus weekend and NVQ enhancements
Contracted Hours: 36 hours and 24 hours / Full time and part time positions available
Shift Pattern: 7.30pm - 7.30 am
*New Pay Rate from 1st April 2023

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an experienced Care Assistant with a preference to work nights?
Our care teams make a real difference every day and your professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. You’ll be responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and the home in general, supporting our residents with their personal care needs, administering medication; alongside providing support with light housekeeping and companionship. You’ll understand that some shifts might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents.

Whitefriars is a 56 bed Care Home situated in Stamford, Lincolnshire. The home offers residential and dementia care in a comfortable, homely setting. We’re rated 9.7 by Carehome.co.uk and graded GOOD by the Care Quality Commission.

You will have previous experience of either caring for an individual or working in a residential care setting. In addition, you will be good at communicating with people, compassionate with a can-do approach and enjoy working as part of a team.
