Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a recently established renewable energy business. Brockwell Energy Limited (BEL) was formed in 2017 to provide a platform to raise capital to develop, construct and operate a portfolio of energy projects and assets.
We are seeking an office junior to join our team at Earls Gate Energy Centre in Grangemouth, on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The role briefly encompasses the following:
- General admin assistance to team
- Management & distribution of stationery and IT resources & equipment
- Management & distribution of Personal Protective Equipment
- Stocktaking and replenishment of kitchen consumables
- Stocktaking and replenishment of printer consumables; paper, ink etc
- Ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained in the office space
- Meeting room management / set-up
- Liaise with Welcome Centre to ensure prompt distribution of mail and packages
- Other duties as directed by line manager
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs (Word & Excel) - this is not essential but advantageous
- Good standard of English & Maths
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Keen learner
- Punctual
- Good general IT skills and confidence
- A good problem solver
- Ability to use own initiative
- A flexible team player willing to recommend improvements and support whatever is required to get the job done to a high standard
