Job Title: Used Car Sales Manager.
Location: Darlington.
Salary: Basic Salary Circa £40,000 + bonus - OTE £70,000 + Company Car.
Our client are a well established and respected car dealership who wants a new Used Car Sales Manager to work with their high performing team to continue to deliver a consistently strong used car sales result.
They are looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager who is tenacious, enthusiastic, and comfortable taking responsibility for performance and lead development to join their team in Darlington.
If you have the skills and the experience, what will it mean for you? An excellent salary and OTE package. Basic salary circa £40,000 pa, plus bonus with OTE of up to £70,000.
Responsibilities:

Ensure showroom and vehicle display areas are neat and tidy.

Ensure sales team are fully motivated and correctly targeted.

Ensure company sales process is fully adhered to.

Actively promote the Company and Brand within the local community.

Ensure profit sheets are raised and passed to accounts within 24 hours of deal being signed.

Ensure staff rotas are maintained and that the showroom is always correctly staffed.

Chair morning team meetings.

Ensure sales team are controlled to ensure daily prospecting activity and follow-up targets are achieved.

To comply with FCA Regulations and Procedures.
The successful applicant will have:

At least 2 years Sales Management experience in a car dealership.

The ability to demonstrate an expertise in the used car market in delivering excellent volume and profitability with first class customer experience.

You should have the capacity to manage a team of 6 selling more than 100 units a month.
