Job Summary
Summary:
The program manager is responsible for the execution of one or more simultaneous products under development per customer needs and orders. This position is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities of a build and for keeping a birds-eye view of the program operations to see to its completion. The PM will see various builds through from launch to finish and will monitor and report on progress throughout to customers, production, and management.

- Main customer interface: Act as the primary point of contact, responsible for driving and obtaining the high customer satisfaction ratings
- Lead and manage projects to convert customer's communication and requirements into clear, measurable actions that can be tracked for meeting manufacturing processes and customer’s needs
- Coordinate RFQ activities for customer requirements: set up quote with procurement to source materials needed and ensure potential discrepancies are identified and remedied, prior to submittal for customer approval. If quote is for existing product, establish clear implementation cut in date for new price(s) to prevent invoice discrepancies between Megaforce and customer.
- Track project against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff on an as needed basis
- Intimate knowledge of sales order and forecast management; subsequent changes and impact on MRP execution; work with procurement and production control to meet customer's delivery requirements
- Confirms receipt of schedules and PO’s from customer and verifies that unit prices on PO are identical to customer order and quotation prices
- Cost reviews: Responsible to coordinate cost review activities to provide customers with quarterly price reviews/update, if applicable. Manage all relevant PPV and standard cost issues and obtain required POs from customers.
- Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities, responsible for identifying any changes to agreed delivery date(s) and re-establishing center point with customer for revised delivery date(s)
- Responsible for all Customer Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and all efforts to coordinate response with customer, provide pricing for ECO requests, determine agreement to changes
- Quarterly Business Reviews: Must have ability to manage customer QBR's, as required and lead relevant business discussions; obtain QBR deliverables and presentation requirements from customer; coordinate internal activities to complete presentation and meet customer requirements
- Must be knowledgeable and able to take actions to improve financial metrics: Revenue projection and performance, excess inventory and mitigation, accounts receivables and other key financial metrics
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution; or a minimum of 3-4 years of related experience and/or training; or an adequate combination of education and experience that would demonstrate the capability to perform the role.

- Strong customer service skills to interact with current and potential clients

- Strong interpersonal skills to work with various positions within the organization

Pay: $74,600.27 - $169,174.73 per year
