Job Description

We are looking for Account Managers to join our charter sales team in the UK, candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales, experience in recruitment, the travel industry, or in aviation. We offer a good basic salary, plus one of the best commission rates in the industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Build a database of repeat clients.
  • Pre-qualify new requests.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Sourcing aircraft as per client specifications.
  • Source catering and ground transportation.
  • Flight watching to guarantee an exceptional client experience.
  • Capacity to work from home remotely.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience.
  • Sales experience in either, Recruitment or the Travel Industry is required.

Candidates must have a sales/entrepreneurial background, be hard-working, and be someone who pays attention to the smallest details, because getting it right is what sets us apart from the competition.
We will provide comprehensive training on the use of the company's CRM and various software systems, once a three month training period has been completed successfully, it's possible that some candidates will have the option to work remotely, using company hardware with pre-installed, systems, software, etc.

All of our Accounts Managers are expected to generate their own leads, and work to monthly targets as set by the company. You will have full access to our β€œstate of the art” systems and be provided with all of the tools you will require to be a successful Accounts Manager for the company. You will also receive regular and thorough training on our systems and have access to on-demand training and support when required.
