about you:
we are looking for someone who is passionate about food, particular about service and personable with people for our Leicester branch
you’ll be leading from the front, but very much still part of the collective team, encouraging a good sense of team spirit, a hard work ethic and fun times along the way. we believe in work hard, play hard, so your time off is as important as your time on duty. as Restaurant Manager you will be involved in building sales and footfall to the restaurant and will play an important role in day to day running of the restaurant. we would ideally like you to have at least 2 years’ experience as a assistant manager within a strong establishment.

- confidence with stock take and ordering
