Workforce Transformation Consultant – £70,000 to £80,000 for Norwich, York or Bristol / £80,000 to £90,000 for London
We are keen to secure the talents of several, commercially minded Workforce Transformation Consultants to join us permanently here at Aviva – who will help us shape the direction of our future workforce. There couldn't be a better time to join us, as we work to bring our business strategy to life across Aviva – so if you have excellent operating model and organisation design experience, with prior exposure to working for large, complex organisations, we’d love to hear from you…!
A bit about the job:
Workforce Transformation is an exciting new business area set up to help our CEOs and senior business leaders think about what our business strategy means for our organisation’s future. You will act as a business consultant, helping leaders develop their operating models, and then translate this the right skills, capabilities, and roles for their business area, deciding the best course of action to get us there successfully! You will work at pace, exercising strong analytical and communication skills, through both completing regular workshops to provoke change, promote transformation and ensure future capabilities, alongside creating executive level board papers and reports.
Aviva introduced “smart-working” in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from either our London, Norwich, Bristol or York offices.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Prior experience undertaking an Organisation Design / Development, Workforce Transformation, Human Capital, and/or Business Architect role, showcasing excellent operating model and organisation design experience within large and complex organisations
Strong strategic thinking, with analytical / modelling and deductive reasoning skills
Commercial acumen, including the ability to articulate the financial impact of business choices
Strong stakeholder management skills i.e., confident influencing and challenging leaders up to C-suite level
Ability to connect elements of ‘people change’ to the successful execution of business strategy - ideally honed from a background working in a consultancy setting
What you’ll get for this role:
Annual salary of £70,000 to £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Aviva will contribute up to 14% to your personal pension (dependent on your contribution)
Eligibility for annual performance bonus
Family friendly parental and carer’s leave
29 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell up to 5 additional days
Up to 40% discount for Aviva products
