What do we expect from you?
As part of the UK Retail team, the CRM Project Manager will be responsible for rolling out in the UK boutiques the CRM strategy and tools.
He/She will support the sales team in developing their client activities and sales through dedicated CRM plan adapted to each boutique priorities and client’s profiles.
On daily basis you will:
- Roll out the CRM strategy and tools developed by EUR/CIS region and HQ in all UK boutiques in order to maximize client’s loyalty, recruitment, and achieve optimal profitability.
- Support UK sales teams in developing their client’s activities and sales through dedicated CRM plans.
- Monitor all CRM activities, and be the main point contact regarding the market’s needs.
