Company Description
Mentor Business Systems now has an opportunity for a full time, permanent Technical Support Officer (Software) to join our growing business in Huddersfield. The main goal of this role is to deliver exceptional support services to our customers, in order to maintain Mentor’s market position as the leading provider of service management software solutions within the security industry.
Working Hours: 37.5hrs Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.30pm | Salary: £25,000 per annum (27k OTE)
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a background in phone-based customer service

Be IT savvy with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

Be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills
