The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. Job Description: 1. Black Stock & Near Expiry Dates Items Related Develop and implement strategies to reduce the current value of Black Stock and NED items, utilizing methods like strategic price cuts, flash sales, and campaigns, etc Prevent Value Increases by finding root cause of past items turned black or NED for future improvements Proper monitoring of BS & NED BAU to maintain a consistent overview of status and progress. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to synergize efforts in reducing and preventing the value increase of Aging and Expiring Items. Propose budget to FP&A and maintain Budget efficiency and effectiveness to Flush Out these items these BS and NED items 2. ASF - ESF Related Identify and analyze the root cause of estimated and actual shipping fee differences, either by internal processes or external parties Design and implement initiatives aimed at minimizing these discrepancies, thereby improving cost efficiency and operational accuracy Requirements: Bachelor degree and above with min. 3 years working experience as Business Development especially related with stocking and shipment. Good problem solving, analytic and leadership skills. Proficiency in using Ms.Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise for team improvements.
