Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to propel the company's revenue growth- Craft and execute performance-driven initiatives to optimize sales team productivity and outcomes- Dive into sales data analytics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgeting activities- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify potential risks or issues and propose solutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in sales strategies and activities
Requirements:- Proven experience in sales or sales strategy development at least 4 years- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and Spreadsheet- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment- Knowledge of the construction industry and its sales processes is a plus
