The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative you will be playing a crucial part of the sales lifecycle to potential new customers. You would be the first face of Cint to prospective customers and will need to take time to understand their goals and challenges to be able to identify what potential solutions the Cint platform can provide.
As an SDR for EMEA, you will cover the EMEA market and be responsible for increasing revenue through creating a qualified pipeline for the Business Development team.
You will research and outreach a targeted list of prospects via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, whilst also acting as the first point of contact for those interested in learning more about Cint and what we do.
This is a role that requires energy, resourcefulness, creativity, & a collaborative approach as you will be required to work closely with your BD partners across EMEA and the UK. To flourish in this role, you will need to be an active listener, collaborative in your approach, & most importantly be tenacious in engaging with your prospects.
The Team
As the Sales Development Representative you would be working in partnership with regional Business Development Managers and our Marketing functions to create new revenue opportunities as part of our new business commercial team.
What You Will Do
- Qualifying inbound lead opportunities
- Researching, outreaching, and qualifying new potential customers
- Working with BDMs and Marketing to create an appropriate messaging strategy
- Documenting interactions with prospects and for handoff to BDMs
- Maintaining our CRM • Working with Marketing and Sales to create pipeline strategies
- Continuously improving how we approach and engage with prospects
What We Are Looking For
- Previous sales experience
- Experience of using a CRM software
- Experience within tech or an interest in working in tech
- Great communication skills and a solid teamwork approach
