The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning
March 20, 2023 and ending
June 30, 2023, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management & Commercial Banking Operations business.

Organization Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Partner to coordinate day-to-day HR operations. Must commit to implementing and maintaining our core values. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, detail-oriented and be able to anticipate Principals' needs and provide exceptional service in a timely manner. Qualified candidates will work independently,
Qualifications:
- Strong track record managing projects and leading change management efforts
- Expert organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; adjust readily to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change with composure
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, attention to detail and ability to target a wide range of audiences with credibility
- Ability to identify and address conflict and obstacles; escalating, as appropriate
- Strong analytical capabilities; synthesize data sets, identify key themes and propose solutions - comfortable working from a top down and bottom up perspective
- Excellent communication skills; articulate, collaborative and demonstrates ability to influence outcomes
- Great team player with high degree of flexibility; works effectively with colleagues across Human Resources and lines of business
- Self-starter / intellectually curious / willing to do what is required to deliver superior results
- Experience in HR; project management experience preferred
