We are looking for a sharp, highly motivated Partner GTM Manager based in the UK to drive territory development and field engagement with our ecosystem of system integrators, consulting and technology partners in the region with a strong focus on Global System Integrators. You'll work closely with our regional leadership team as well as our field sales, sales engineering, services, marketing, and customer success teams and our partners to build, position, and deliver solutions that deliver material business value to our joint customers. You will own a Central partner territory plan, which includes nurturing, identifying, and recruiting the partners that will drive the UK partner business. This is a mission critical role that will drive the partnering agenda in the UK, this person will own a partner related quota and needs to be comfortable shaping change, driving influence and creating the conditions where our strategic partners can thrive!
This is an opportunity to be part of an all-star team, supported by dedicated partner success, partner marketing and global overlay GSI and Cloud partner teams. You'll be at the centre of a strategic initiative focused on fuelling Dataiku's growth. This person will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners and managing go-to-market programs and field execution with our sales teams to deliver innovative AI solutions and grow our community of raving fans.

You might be a good fit if you have/are:
- 10+ years experience preferred in developing partnerships and revenue-generating partner relationships.
- Proven experience managing GSIs in the UK
- Experience in "data" – AI\BI, analytics, data science, data integration, data platforms, cloud, etc.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives for maximum impact
- Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy and applying a consultative approach in customer/partner interactions
- A background in developing and positioning innovative business solutions with partners
- Strong ability to develop joint value propositions with partners and cultivate champions within partner organizations
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills
- Ability to articulate competitive positioning and differentiation
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to adapt to change
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, prioritizing efforts, and building a plan to execute against growth
- Strong project and relationship management - you'll spend a lot of time working with external individuals to successfully launch and grow our partnerships
- Experience nurturing field engagement
- Ability to travel up to 30%
