Online Customer Service Assistant
Ashby-De-La-Zouch
£20,500 Per Annum
We are recruiting for a Full-Time permanent experienced Online Customer Service Assistant for my well-established clients head office, here in Ashby De La Zouch, due to continuous and rapid growth.
This is an office-based role and predominantly dealing with customer queries for our online e-Commerce brands, so must be confident, personable and have strong administration and Microsoft office skills.
Job Responsibilities.
- To prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and Marketplace platforms.
- To proactively communicate with customers in relation to their orders
- To use order processing systems and support systems to deliver great customer care.
- To work with internal colleagues to investigate and resolve any customer queries quickly and effectively.
- To maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
- To liaise with couriers to arrange collections and deliveries as needed.
- To support with internal reporting and meeting records for the e-commerce function
- To coordinate and complete the handling of order returns.
- To ensure all customer’s orders are dispatched every day on time.
- To work closely with the warehouse to resolve customer’s issues same day.
- To complete a report every afternoon that investigates any issues in depth to come to a resolution or action from another member of staff.
- To complete tasks set by the E-Commerce Team
- To reply to all feedback on eBay, Amazon & Trustpilot or other platforms as required
- To proactively try to learn about the products to extend product knowledge.
- In essence, if it is anything to do with a customer and their orders then it is the Customer Service Assistants responsibility to handle the issue.
- To deal with all customers; from their general queries to raising the orders
- To do the invoicing each Friday
To be considered for this role you must have the following.
- Have strong administration and Microsoft Office skills and experience.
- Be confident, proactive and flexible with strong communication skills.
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Organise own workload with minimum supervision.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, able to work well to timescales and deadlines.
