Job Description
We are a super friendly team of 4 photographers, looking for a new team member to help us create and deliver a new marketing strategy and assist with our back-end work flow. You’ll also be a key point of contact for our studio clients and support with coordinating enquiries and administrative aspects of the business.
You will be fully supported but expected to bring plenty of enthusiasm, inspiration and ideas to the role. We are more interested in finding the right person to fit with our team and who shares our vision than someone highly experienced.

Marketing
- Writing copy for the website and updating pages to maintain an up-to-date site using WordPress.
- Posting online content and promoting our business page through reviews and updates.
- Writing engaging copy for promotional emails and social media posts. Ensuring daily Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media updates and responding to engagement.
- Preparing and organising production of any digital marketing collateral and material.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing, SEO.
- Promoting events such as studio open days, photographer talks and exhibitions, working closely with the photography team.
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic and audience engagement.
- Attending regular networking events.
Administrative and Post-production
- Customer facing, assisting the team with managing enquiries and bookings.
- Assisting with photographic post-production (full training provided) in order to be immersed in our product and in tune with opportunities to promote our team of photographers' portfolios.
Person specification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative flair.
- A keen and demonstrable interest in photography.
- Pro-active approach.
- Organised and a keen eye for detail.
- Enjoys working closely, in person, with a young and energetic team.
- Willing to relocate or lives locally enough to travel daily to central / east Oxford on foot, by bicycle or using public transport (parking is not available).
