What's the role about?
As part of our Logistics department, you'll be joining as our Logistics Assistant, supporting the department in facilitating movement of goods from suppliers to warehouse and for export to stores/partners.
Who you are
- Previous experience in logistics/shipping is desirable
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills in Excel and Outlook
- Highly organized, reliable and focused

What you'll be doing
- Control, administration, and liaison related to inbound shipments

Approval of shipments and use / update of SEKO360 system

Check and Update Nova and Vision systems

Liaison with Merch / Tech Depts to allow approval of shipments and update of status

Liaison with forwarders / carriers to manage / track shipments from suppliers

Support control and supply of pack lists from suppliers / forwarders

Arranging collections and documentation for outbound exports from warehouse to stores / concessions and partners as well as to AUS/USA warehouses

Paperwork (commercial invoice) preparation

Raising carrier labels for shipment, Forwarder / warehouse liaison.

Processing and checking of forwarder / carriers invoices for submission to Accounts Dept
