Wecruitment is looking for a new trade counter assistant to begin at a site in Colchester for an immediate start.
We are looking for someone willing to learn and grow within the company and can offer progression and a friendly and supportive environment.
The candidate needs to be comfortable interacting with the public, has knowledge of basic I.T programmes and be able to advise, support and assist customers in store, by phone and via email.
Duties -
- Handle customer enquiries face to face, by email and on the phone
- Assist customers and offer advice and help with individual queries
- Learn and understand the company product
Requirements -
- Previous experience with Outlook/Word/Excel - not essential
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience in sales
- Local to Colchester
