Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships
Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profits
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
Cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Generate reports on account status
Collaborate with sales, business development, commercial, operations, and other relevant teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the territory
Assist in addressing challenging client requests or escalating issues as necessary
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience as a B2B Key Account or Account Manager with a track record of achieving sales revenue of more than 10 billion Rupiah per month
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Strong network and relationships at the senior executive level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or in a relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels
