Job Description
Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre (OSARCC) is seeking to appoint two experienced frontline practitioners to lead and deliver a high quality Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) service to students of all genders in higher education settings.
The post holder will work alongside the University's student welfare and the ISVA team at OSARCC to provide pro-active, survivor-led ISVA support, advocating for students who are thinking about, or have reported to police and/or the University. They will lead on all aspects of the service, driving improvements, maintaining policies and procedures and developing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience of project management, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to form positive relationships with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders.
