Change is in the air. Our maintenance department is evolving to open up a whole new world of possibilities and that includes greater flexibility on aircraft type ratings. This means we’ll provide you with all the training to certify our aircraft while you’re in your leadership role.

About the role
If you are passionate about aircraft maintenance and have an ambition to lead a team of highly skilled engineers to deliver outstanding operational performance, then the role of British Airways Duty Shift Manager in LHR Base Maintenance will be for you.
You will be responsible for leading a team of managers and Engineers who are responsible for the safety, delivery, punctuality and serviceability of aircraft at LHR. Experience of working within technical environments will be vital for setting direction and leading your team to find solutions to challenging technical defects in a pressurised environment, working with our production engineers to deliver for our customers.
