An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic growing marketing company that specialises in assisting professional services businesses (such as accountants, property professionals and financial advisors) with their ongoing marketing requirements.
We’re looking for a proactive individual, with a few years of experience behind them, who can work in a fast-paced environment, assisting multiple clients as well as assisting in the growth of the company.
This role will predominantly be a WFH role, but there will be expectation to meet in person, when necessary, with clients or colleagues. It would be preferable that a candidate has prior experience working from home and be located within an hour of London.
This is a broad marketing role in a growing company with varied tasks and involvement in multiple areas working as a part of a team, to include the following:
Social Media
Produce regular content and curate accompanying imagery across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Set-up and schedule posts via scheduling software and direct to platform
Monitor progression on social media (KPIs)
Advertising
Oversee content and copy being used for advertising in a timely manner to meet publication deadlines
Working with content creators and editors for printed and digital magazines, newsletters
Involvement with PPC and social advert campaigns
Web Editing
Overseeing content schedules and liaising with content creators to fulfil client requirements
Editing copy and content to company standards
Identifying and editing imagery
Uploading content and copy to website – predominantly working on Wordpress sites.
SEO
Researching relevant keywords and phrases – using analytical software such as SEMRush, AHREFS or Moz
Analysing website performance
Reporting to clients and making suggestions for improvement
Account Management
Monitoring marketing activity and success, ROI on ad campaigns
Creating reports for clients
Supporting other marketing and communication projects, creating digital newsletters and non-digital content such as brand brochures
Skills required:
· Keen attention to detail
· Creative and confident using graphic software such as Canva
· Experience in social media management (either personal or professional)
· Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking
· Ideally knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
· Proactive and passionate individual
· Highly organized with ability to problem solve
· Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
· Team player who will be happy to work in a new and growing business
· Experience working in a corporate industry or similar setting would be beneficial
