Whilst on the apprenticeship scheme around 20% of your time will be dedicated to ‘Mandatory Apprenticeship Hours’, which can include attending workshops, shadowing, reading, completing assignments etc. This means 80% of your role is applying your learning in the workplace, in a safe environment.
As part of this role, you’ll spend time rotating through our teams in Commercial Banking Finance Bristol, providing you with a range of experience and opportunity to understand how Finance and the bank works.
Please note – as a result of this you’ll be expected to work from the office as and when required by the business.
You’ll be immersed in the team immediately and given your own tasks to manage, whilst being assigned a programme-specific manager to provide you consistent and personal support. By the end of this programme, you’ll have a clear path for progression within Finance and also across the wider Group, and a firm understanding of your strengths and career goals.
