There is also an element of communication with guests if they are late checking out asking politely what their plan is for the morning and kindly reminding them to remove all their garbage, informing them where the main bins are located. You will also be one of the phone contacts for guests if they require any help or attention, in general they phone for directions, if something is not working, they are struggling with the central heating or finding appliances.

Changing over the properties involves thoroughly cleaning the whole property, making up beds, cleaning toilets, vacuuming & providing and refilling essentials like, toilet paper, tea, coffee & that our welcome packs are up to date and our linen is perfectly washed in our on site laundry. We only use environmentally friendly cleaning products.
