Overview:
To provide timely and accurate administrative support to the VP, Library Sales, VP, Library Marketing, and broader Leadership team. To assist with the management of selected meetings and tasks, in order to ensure maximum efficiency and achieve overall team objectives.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Prioritise and manage calendar tasks and ensure robust scheduling and expense management
- Assist the VP, Library Sales with the annual planning for Sales meetings
- Monitor both Library Sales and Library Marketing mailboxes and ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with the creation of department level reports as needed
- Establish positive relationships with key stakeholders from other departments to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications & Education:
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and creativity
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
- Clear and consistent written and verbal communication.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
