Job Description
Administrative Officer within our Children’s Contact Centre Service Part-time role, 18 hrs per week (working hours; Wed 2pm till 6pm, and Thurs-Fri 10am till 6pm)
The primary base would be in Orpington Children's Contact Centre, Lych Gate Road, Orpington. We require someone with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills for this demanding and busy role.
The successful candidate will have sound knowledge and experience of providing a wide range of administrative support to a large team. Good IT skills are essential including accurate and timely data entry and experience of using the full Microsoft Package. This is a customer facing service so the ability to work with people is essential.
Qualifications
‐ (HCC) Detailed knowledge of ICT equipment, and have a good understanding on the use of various software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and general databases.
‐ (HCC) GCSE Maths and English (C and above) or demonstrable relevant experience
‐ (HCC) Able to build excellent rapport with adults, children, young people and colleagues within the team and service area.
