Alexanders House children's home in Sunderland is looking to appoint a full time Residential Care Worker to start ASAP, we had a recent applicant let us down last minute so we are looking to recruit quickly.
The rate of pay is £12.00 per hour working 36 hours per week (£22464) per annum with 201.4 hours of holiday. You work 2 shifts per week from 10am - 10.30am and will be paid a sleep in allowance of £62.50 per shift so your annual salary will be boosted to approx.£28,000 per year.
We are a children's home for 3 children aged 5-15 on admission. You will be joining a team of 9 other staff.
We ask if candidates are applying they only do so if the have 1-2 years experience working in a residential setting and either have or are working towards a level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or have an equivalent childcare qualification.
