Pulse Nursing's Project team have an exciting opportunity for HCA's to work with one of our UK's largest independent provider of mobile healthcare solution and who are providing Lung Health, Breast Screening, Endoscopy Check In Services across the UK.
Suitable candidates will be invited for a phone/Teams interview, followed by an induction and training with a lead nurse.
This role will provide shifts 7 days a week 8am-8pm with pay rates of £17.51 - £25.86
Working as the HCA you will:
- To support sonographers while they do their ultrasound
- The HCA will be a chaperone for the patients
- Bring ultrasound equipment to and from the place of work and take home with them and bring the next day
- Drop equipment off a head of time if not working next day
- Open up in mornings
- Practice already open apart from Saturday
- Sonographer's have key and alarm training
- Prepare room - gloves- surface wipe down surface and equipment
- Collect each patient from waiting area
- Bring them into the room and introduce them to the Sonographers
- Once scan is done patient will need to be given paper towel to wipe themselves down
- Gathering all the patients belongings takes them out of room
- Clean down room
- Internal probe scans and Gynaecology ultrasound
- Patients booked every 20 - 30 minutes
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Immediate holder of the Right to Work in the UK
- HCA Experince
- You have worked within a similar environment before
- Be flexible on days and hours
