Team Leader for PM shift - 2:00pm to 10:00pm

If so, we are looking for someone to join our Curdworth depot as a Team Leader. You will help us serve the needs of our customers, supporting our Depot Manger with workforce productivity and high quality service standards. You will be vital in the organisation, dispatch, storage and receipt of all our stock. You will be promoting our core values with great customer care and showcasing your skills and professionalism.
In return for your expertise, you will get:
- Salary of £25,000 (Based on a 40-hour working week Monday to Friday)

What can you expect as a Team Leader at phs Teacrate?
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our warehouse.
- You will ensure all plant and equipment is maintained and operated in a safe manner.
- You will monitor all materials ensuring stock levels are maintained while recording workflow and hitting KPI’s.
- You will ensure our operatives are supported to be aware of and comply with all phs Health and Safety policies both at the centre and for their vehicles.
What will you need to be a Team Leader at phs Teacrate?
- Safety and legal compliance are a must. We welcome applications from people with a good safety record.
- A customer focused attitude.
- Experience of management/supervising within the logistics or operations sector would be beneficial.
