Role: Warehouse Administrator
Location of Role: Carnbane, Newry
Rule Purpose: To maintain administration operational duties by effective order processing, order release, order priorities and ensuring that all communications are clear and accurate to maintain service level for our customers.
Accountable to: Warehouse Operations Lead
Key Relationships: Senior Management, Department Managers, Trading and Sales Team, HR, H&S, Customer Service, External suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities
- Supports and responds to all enquires and requirements in a professional manager.
- To manage the booking in system for all good inwards into the ambient warehouse, using the WMS system.
- To liaise with the Replenishment and Goods inwards to ensure efficiency is maintained through planned bookings. Movements between sites.
- Sales order release to the warehouse and order prioritises for picking operation.
- Ensure all orders from BC are in index.
- To communicate changes to orders, updates all parties on route changes, order priorities, link in with transport etc.
- Tracking inventory levels to ensure that orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
- Generation of KPI reports.
- Answering questions about order status, shipment schedules and product information to help resolve any internal concerns on order fulfilment.
- Maintain a safe working environment that complies with all aspects of the company’s H&S Policy
- To act as an ambassador for S&W Wholesale and always behave in a professional and courteous manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
