Essex based business looking for content creator and writer to have complete creative freedom.
Inketch is a business that has grown incredibly quickly and is still growing. We make bespoke and personalised wedding stationery signs, personalised gifts, event decor and more. Some of our high profile clients including Dior, Ashley Banjo, Megan McKenna and Adidas as well as thousands of clients for smaller events. We ship all over the world with hundreds of orders going our weekly.
Initially this will be a part time role of 2 days per week with flexible days and hours. This role could lead to full a full time position.
We have roughly 11k followers across all of our socials.

- Short-form videos to share across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Photography for socials
- Regular static posts on our feed using our professional photo's
- Posting on our story
- Write optimised weekly blog posts with hyperlinks
- Weekly newsletter to our 1200 email subscribers
- Come up with engaging ideas, promotions, competitions
The goal being to get as many interested eyes as possible on our brand with out constantly trying to push products and make our content engaging and interesting.
We have a down to earth, friendly approach with our customers. Being postive, solution oriented, friendly and self responsible is very important to our company.
We want our feed looking clean, professional and engaging, as currently it is a bit non coherent. We are looking for someone to create the vision of a luxury bespoke brand.
Skills required
- Graphic design or good on Canva
- Any SEO knowledge to optimise content
- Be able to make great short videos for reels
- Writing engaging punchy blogs
- Reliable
- Able to work independently and use own initiative
- Up to date with current trends, i.e trending Tiktok Sounds
- Attention to detail
- Friendly
- Organised
- Must be english speaking
The overall look and brand is really important, we are currently rebranding with a sleeker look. We are also happy for you to inject some humour and find creative ways to get more of the right followers in our niche.
We want you to take control and come up with lots of ideas, with support and guidance from us if you need it.
You can mix your time at home and in the office depending on whether you are filming or writing content but half of that time does need to be in the workshop. Flexibility would be great for example as coming in on photography days to get behind the scenes shots and videos.
Pay is a competitive hourly rate with room to increase based on overall performance. There will also be bonus cash incentives based on follower growth and video views.
Inketch is growing fast and we have some big plans in the pipe line with lots of opportunities on the horizon.

We are not face to face with customers it is just our small team of 5 if anyone does feel unwell we ask to wear a mask and take tests.
