Job Title: Trainee Service Desk Analyst (P1208)
Salary: £25,159 up to £27,508 inclusive annual salary+ up to 19.7% employer pension contribution
Contract: Permanent
Post: Full-time (37 hours/week)
Location: Flexible working options including hybrid
Annual Leave: 26.5 days, plus public bank holidays

As a Trainee Service Desk Analyst, you will provide first line IT support and customer service for our employees. In this role, you will receive training on:
managing straight forward incidents, requests, and problems, ensuring that IT issues are recorded appropriately to support IT data statistics.-
how to create and disable user accounts

how to install/reinstall software and to resolve/assist in the resolution of faults
Requirements:

The ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging internal customers and excellent listening skills.

Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Office and Exchange administration and Active Directory

Ability to work to standards such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library

Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent or IT related degree qualification is desirable

A full clean UK driving license and access to a motorcar (role requires occasional travel to sites)
You will share a rota of one week in the office and one week working from home on an alternating basis.
