Esposito's Deli Victoria Park - FULL TIME Team Member At Esposito's , we love to create a welcoming environment with a family feel for our team members as well as our customers. We're looking for a bubbly, positive person who loves working in a fast paced environment as part of a team.
Full training is given but ideally we would like our candidates to have a minimum 6 months working in a hospitality or retail environment. Barista experience is welcome but you will be given full training to our very own brand standards. Being open minded and willing to learn is key - a passion for coffee, cake and all food & drink is essential.
We are an independent growing family business with 3 locations across Halton & Knowsley, when you join us you are joining a family that includes your team mates, regular customers and you become part of the local community that we love to support.

Summary:
- 30- 40 hours per week (with availability to work overtime on occasion)
- Fully flexible over 7 days a week.
- Experience in the food/ drink / café industry ideal
- Barista preffered but not essential
- Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment as part of a team.
- Typical working hours will be 8am - 6pm
- Good weekend availability essential.
- Full training will be given.
- Hourly rate starting from £9- £10.52 depending on age.
As our deli's are open 7 days a week we are looking for a committed, reliable and flexible person to become a key team member working approximately 4-5 shifts a week. You will receive notice of your shifts 3-4 weeks in advance .
If you are someone with a passion for customer service, has lots of energy with and a natural ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers this could be the role for you.
Duties will involve; serving ice cream, food & drink to our brand standards. Taking customer orders & payments, clearing tables, general cleaning duties and end of day clean down.
