Intertax Consulting Limited is an international accountancy practice, based in London, Zurich, Hong Kong and Israel. are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team on a full or part-time basis. Based at our office in Hendon (NW4 London) and with flexibility over hours, this is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a positive work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
· Managing a portfolio of clients on QuickBooks and Excel.
· Complete VAT returns and file VAT returns online.
· preparation of management information and reports.
· Company House confirmation statements and reporting.
· Dealing and taking on board new clients.
· Dealing with AML and company compliance.
· Issuing invoices and controlling the billing.
· Ad hoc duties as and when required
What do we need from you?
- At least 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Confident working directly with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
