GENERAL ASSISTANT/ HOUSEKEEPPER
If you are looking for an opportunity to work locally with a small friendly team then please get in touch and let us know why you are the right candidate for us. We are currently looking for a General Assistant/ Housekeeper to work part time 24hrs per week. Your duties will include in particular;
- Assisting the Housekeeping department service rooms and public areas
- Assisting with laundry as required
- Cleaning food areas including the restaurant and bar as well as equipment, crockery and cutlery.
- The successful candidate will preferably have experience of working in some capacity in the hospitality industry, however it is not essential as reliability, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic is of greater importance.
- Enjoy working with people and as part of a team/
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must be well organised.
- Ability to multi-task.
The applicant would benefit being able to drive as the hotel is in a rural environment, however, there is a local bus from Helensburgh and the local villages.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3-6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
