At the Cupping Clinic e7 we have a holistic approach to alternative health therapies. Modern life has its advantages but it also comes with its drawbacks that affect your everyday health. At the Cupping Clinic we provide various alternative treatments which have been proven to help alleviate some common health issues. From massage, wet cupping , dry cupping , fire cupping holistic back neck adjustments and much more.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Able to handle enquires and experience of dealing with enquires face to face or by telephone.
- Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain any necessary data
- Take pride in your work and be able to work to a very high standard with attention to detail
- Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents
- Process payments from patients
- Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our database
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician and availability
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Excellent Telephone manner
- Honest & Reliable
- Good communication skills
- PC literate, Know how to use office basic applications.
- being able to MULTITASK is a MUST
