Our client, an award-winning silver circle law firm are now looking for a team assistant to support their e-data team. This team use the most up to date technology to enable legal practices within the firm to process and record data for legal cases on behalf of their clients.
This role would suit an administrator with at least 6 months administration experience with a keen interest in law and technology.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high quality support to 5 team members
- Take ownership of administrative tasks and the daily running of the team to include diary management, organising meetings, responding to emails
- Event planning – organising client meetings, conferences, and training sessions
- Travel arrangements
- Keeping the team’s intranet page up to date
- Accurate filing and data entry
- Conflict checks and file opening
- Creating reports
- Research – gathering information and preparing presentations
- Monthly billing
Skills and experience:
- Highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a team and building relationships across the firm
- Strong IT skills and a keen interest in technology and learning new systems
- Highly motivated, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and take initiative
