The Company
Eurotank Service Group is the parent company of Eurotank Environmental, Eurotank Installations and Europump Maintenance, which together have the capabilities to provide all the fuel system services a fuelling facility needs. With depots in Southampton, Stoke-on-Trent and East Kilbride, our specialist vehicles can reach almost anywhere in the UK within four hours. Eurotank Environmental handles all tank-related works; Eurotank Installations undertakes any forecourt or fuel system construction projects; and Europump maintenance is our service division.
The Role
Carry out general duties in the Marchwood depot as instructed by line manager to support the operations of the Eurotank Service Group. Oversee all workers, deliveries and collections to the depot and process through stock. Control asset maintenance and complete in-house where possible for the Eurotank Environmental business.
Key Tasks
- Ensure parking availability and safe access to the offices and facilities for all staff and visitors
- Give direction to engineers using the depot as to where to operate and store equipment and materials
- Assist with preparation of asset maintenance where possible
- Stock takes and stock organisation, flagging of stock replenishment
- PAT testing for depot electrical equipment
- Manage all aspects of the group HGV requirements in the depot to deliver efficient maintenance, repair and full compliance with transport requirements.
- Scheduling of maintenance, service and repairs liaising and communicating with all stakeholders
- Updating Vehicle maintenance system in a timely manner(Jobwatch)
- Reporting driver infringements via remote tacho software
- Stock takes and stock organisation, flagging of stock replenishment
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the depot fleet is fully legal and compliant
- Ensuring maintenance faults are repaired within an agreed SLA
- Responsible for management and escalation of fleet costs
- Responsible for accurate filing of vehicle maintenance records
- The depot being clean and tidy in a timely manner on a daily basis
- The health, safety and wellbeing of all the users of the depot
- maintaining good housekeeping standards by anyone operating in the depot
- Delivery and shipping of goods at the depot
- Safe loading of materials and equipment on to vehicles in the depot
- Stock control of materials housed in the depot and accurate stock taking
- Storage of waste and hazardous materials in the depot
- On-time maintenance of Eurotank Environmental assets.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Be able to work well in a team and independently
- Enthusiastic and committed team player
- Can work alone without direction
- Previous waste handling experience a benefit
- Forklift truck licence a benefit
- Experience of managing HGV assets
- Must hold transport manager CPC qualification.

Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
