Part Time Medical Receptionist, 32 hours over 4 days (between Monday - Friday)
£10.42 per hour, Batley, permanent, 32 hrs p/w, Over 4 days (between Monday and (Flexibility will also be required for holiday and sick cover)
THE CLIENT:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a care provider to the local community; they are looking for a receptionist to join their busy team.
THE JOB:
As Receptionist working in a fast-paced team environment, the main focus of the role will be being the first point of contact for patients.
Responsibilities:
Answering the telephone
Greeting visitors / patients and providing excellent customer service
Booking appointments over the phone and face to face.
Working in a professional manner and adhering to strict confidentiality procedures at all times.
Additional duties may also be required (training will be given if required in this area), these would include;
Data Entry
Letters for hospital appointments and referrals using SystmOne and Medical Terminology
General administration would also be involved using the full MS Office Package, Word and Excel within the role
Filing, faxing and photocopying etc and any other ad hoc duties as required
