The EMEA MedTech FP&A team based in Pinewood is opening a great opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst within Regional FP&A.
In this varied role the Senior Analyst will support Compensation planning cross-sector and Headcount, Opex, regional analytics and projects for MedTech EMEA. The role will be responsible for leading the efficient delivery of Compensation planning processes, as well as helping to build and craft future ways of working for MedTech FP&A business support with great exposure to a diverse range of team members and business partners including BUF, FP&A and Global.
Time split including projects is approx. 50% Compensation, 30% Headcount, 20% Opex.
Support the delivery of cross sector Compensation planning processes for over $1Bn of Opex
Become an SME for the TM1 Compensation planning system
Implement automations and simplifications to enhance existing processes
Build strong collaboration with partners and seek out new ways to support the business with analysis and data interpretation
Become an Anaplan Compensation planning Super User
Support Pharm BUF with training and system insights
Work closely with Global partners and DFIT to help manage and resolve issues
Flex strong collaboration skills to partner with FP&A and BUF to own and deliver business insights related to Compensation, Headcount and Opex
Support with strategic projects
Degree level qualification preferred
Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, Masters or equivalent), with relevant post qualification work experience
Broad based FP&A experience preferred – prior Commercial / Operating Company experience helpful
Experience of working in a regional/ global organisation with sophisticated & interdependent business relationships
Proven understanding of TM1 and Power Query are highly desirable
Strong experience in working with large data sets and MS Excel and a willingness to learn more. VBA knowledge is a plus.
Proven track record of commitment and driving operational improvements across a complex business environment
Familiarity with Johnson & Johnson and MedTech business and systems desired
